The Penncrest Lions basketball team (Media, PA), was nudged 37-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Harriton Rams (Rosemont, PA)

The Rams now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marple Newtown for a Central battle on Friday, February 2. Harriton will confront a Fightin' Tigers team coming off a 55-46 league loss to Radnor (Radnor, PA). The Fightin' Tigers record now stands at 8-10.

The Lions (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against Springfield (Springfield, PA). The Cougars come into the Central battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Springfield edged Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA), 50-44, in a league battle.
