The Phillipsburg Panthers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Hill City Ringnecks to 42 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trego for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8.
The Ringnecks (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Buffaloes enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Rawlins County was defeated by Hitchcock County (Trenton, NE), 54-52, in a non-league contest.
