Texas High School Basketball - Rocksprings crushes Knippa

January 30, 2024: Rocksprings, TX 78880

Rocksprings Angoras (Rocksprings, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX), 72-51 in a league bout.

With the win, Rocksprings upgrades its record to 21-4 on the season. The Angoras host Leakey (Leakey, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Region IV District 31 bout on Friday, February 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-21. Leakey lost 72-46 in their recent league bout against Medina (Medina, TX)

Next up, the Crushers clash with the D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 31 bout, on Saturday, February 3. Knippa will attempt to upgrade on its 17-8 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 14-10 record after their 61-28 league win over Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX).
