The Lowell Red Raiders basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Lawrence Lancers to 54 in the Red Raiders league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Raiders now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wachusett Regional for a non-league match on Thursday, February 1. Lowell will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 49-38 league loss to Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 2-10.
With the defeat, Lawrence moves to 11-5 on the year. The Lancers travel to Dracut (Dracut, MA) to meet the Middies in a non-league match on Friday, February 2. The Middies enter the match with a record of 5-8. Dracut won 66-49 in their recent non-league match against Saugus (Saugus, MA)
