Lost River Raiders (Merrill, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR), 53-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Lost River upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Raiders host Bonanza (Bonanza, OR) to play the Antlers in a 1A Mountain Valley bout on Friday, February 2. The Antlers go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Bonanza won 68-59 in their recent league bout against Crosspoint Christian (Klamath Falls, OR)

Next up, the Red Tail Hawks play the Chiloquin Panthers/Queens (Chiloquin, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley bout, on Thursday, February 1. Rogue Valley Adventist will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Panthers/Queens go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 69-58 league loss to Lost River (Merrill, OR).
