Louisburg Wildcats (Louisburg, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Paola Panthers (Paola, KS), 47-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Louisburg upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Ottawa (Ottawa, KS) to clash with the Cyclones in a Frontier bout on Friday, February 2. The Cyclones go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Ottawa won 70-50 in their recent non-league bout against Baldwin (Baldwin, KS)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Spring Hill Broncos (Spring Hill, KS) in a Frontier bout, on Friday, February 2. Paola will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 73-71 non-league loss to Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO).
