In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME), by a margin of 57-33.
The Huskies (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Morse (Bath, ME). The Shipbuilders go into the non-league outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Morse was trounced by Mount View (Thorndike, ME), 64-53, in a non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Richmond for a C South outing on Friday, February 2. Waterville will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 86-23 non-league win over North Haven (North Haven, ME). The Bobcats record now stands at 14-2.
