With the win, Marian Catholic upgrades its record to 16-8 on the season. The Spartans travel to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to clash with the Roadrunners in a East Suburban Catholic bout on Thursday, February 1. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 8-13. Nazareth Academy won 51-48 in their recent league bout against Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL)

Next up, the Lions clash with the St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic bout, on Friday, February 2. Saint Viator will attempt to upgrade on its 13-12 season record. The Shamrocks go into the bout with a 16-8 record after their 59-42 league loss to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL).
