McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Travis Rebels (Austin, TX), 2-0 in a league bout.

With the victory, McCallum upgrades its record to 22-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Crockett (Austin, TX) to play the Cougars in a 5A Region III District 24 bout on Friday, February 2. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 11-20. Crockett 0-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Andrew's (Austin, TX)
