In Tuesday's league outing, the Shabach Christian Academy Blue Eagles (Landover, MD) basketball squad edged the host Mt. Zion Prep Academy Warriors (Lanham, MD), by a count of 52-49.
The Eagles (11-10) will now prepare for their outing against Solebury (New Hope, PA). The Spartans go into the Penn-Jersey outing with a 12-9 record.
The Warriors now hold a 22-11 record. They play next when they host Springdale Prep for a Metro Private outing on Thursday, February 1. Mt. Zion Prep Academy will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 66-42 league win over Rosedale Christian Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Lions record now stands at 9-8.
