The Nebraska City Pioneers basketball team (Nebraska City, NE), was nudged 47-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Plattsmouth Blue Devils (Plattsmouth, NE)
The Blue Devils now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concordia for a non-league battle on Friday, February 2. Plattsmouth will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 48-29 non-league win over Archbishop Bergan (Fremont, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-1.
The Pioneers (2-15) will now prepare for their battle against Raymond Central (Raymond, NE). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 1-15 record. In their last battle, Raymond Central was nudged by Conestoga (Murray, NE), 57-40, in a non-league battle.
