In their next game, the Chiefs face the Shepaug Valley Spartans (Washington, CT) in a Berkshire game, on Friday, February 2. Nonnewaug will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 10-4 record after their 70-53 league win over Terryville (Terryville, CT).

With the defeat, Northwestern Regional moves to 11-4 on the year. The Highlanders host Gilbert (Winsted, CT) to face the Yellowjackets in a Berkshire game on Friday, February 2. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a record of 0-15. Gilbert lost 84-52 in their recent league game against Litchfield (Litchfield, CT)
