With the victory, Normangee upgrades its record to 18-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Burton (Burton, TX) to play the Panthers in a 2A Region IV District 26 bout on Friday, February 2. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 9-17. Burton lost 76-48 in their recent league bout against Somerville (Somerville, TX)

Next up, the Bluejays play the Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 26 bout, on Friday, February 2. Snook will attempt to upgrade on its 9-17 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 23-10 record after their 62-40 league win over Iola (Iola, TX).
