Connecticut High School Basketball - Valley Regional beaten by North Branford

In Tuesday's league match, the host North Branford Thunderbirds basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the Valley Regional Warriors.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds meet the Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) in a Shoreline match, on Friday, February 2. North Branford will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 12-2 record after their 58-53 league win over Morgan (Clinton, CT).

The Warriors now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to East Hampton for a Shoreline test on Thursday, February 1. Valley Regional will encounter a Bellringers squad coming off a 67-52 league win over Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 8-6.
