The North Douglas basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs to 40 in the league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riddle for a 1A Skyline contest on Friday, February 2. North Douglas will battle a Irish team coming off a 67-41 league loss to New Hope Christian (Grants Pass, OR). The Irish record now stands at 7-13.
The Monarchs (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against New Hope Christian (Grants Pass, OR). The Warriors enter the 1A Skyline contest with a 10-13 record. In their last contest, New Hope Christian triumphed over Riddle (Riddle, OR), 67-41, in a league contest.
