Simms Tigers (Simms, MT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Toole County Refiners (Sunburst, MT), 55-19 in a league bout.

With the victory, Simms upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Shelby (Shelby, MT) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Coyotes come into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Refiners play the North Star Knights (Rudyard, MT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. North Toole County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 77-43 league loss to Chester-Joplin-Inverness (Chester, MT).
