In Tuesday's league outing, the Northeast Bradford Panthers (Rome, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Sayre Redskins (Sayre, PA), by a count of 44-41.

The Panthers (14-2) will now prepare for their outing against Williamson (Tioga, PA). The Warriors go into the Northern Tier outing with a 1-9 record. In their last outing, Williamson held off Northern Potter (Ulysses, PA), 69-61, in a non-league outing.

The Redskins now hold a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to North Penn-Liberty for a Northern Tier outing on Thursday, February 1. Sayre will clash with a Mountie squad coming off a 64-36 league win over Canton (Canton, PA). The Mountie record now stands at 8-9.
