The Pleasant Valley Bears basketball team (Brodheadsville, PA), dropped 61-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pocono Mountain West Panthers (Pocono Summit, PA)

The Panthers now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pocono Mountain East for a Eastern Pennsylvania - Mountain contest on Friday, February 2.

The Bears (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Bethlehem Catholic (Bethlehem, PA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Bethlehem Catholic ran past Freedom (Bethlehem, PA), 52-48, in a league contest.
