Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Princeton Eagles (Princeton, CA) and the visiting Providence Lions (Orland, CA), saw Princeton's basketball squad wallop Providence by a tally of 67-42.

With the victory, Princeton improves its record to 18-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Loyalton (Loyalton, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a Pioneer challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 15-7. Loyalton won 69-47 in their recent league challenge against Herlong (Herlong, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars (Paradise, CA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Providence will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 71-52 league loss to Plumas Charter (Quincy, CA).
