The Queensbury Spartans basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting South Glens Falls Bulldogs to 50 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schuylerville for a Section 2 Foothills contest on Friday, February 2. Queensbury will battle a Horses team coming off a 49-39 league loss to Gloversville (Gloversville, NY). The Horses record now stands at 11-5.

The Bulldogs (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Johnstown (Johnstown, NY). The Sir Bills enter the Section 2 Foothills contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Johnstown was nudged by Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY), 79-48, in a league contest.
