The Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL) basketball nipped the host North Marion Colts (Citra, FL), 39-37 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Dunnellon (Dunnellon, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Dunnellon was tipped by Vanguard (Ocala, FL), 45-30, in a non-league test.
The Colts now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Vanguard for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. North Marion will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 50-41 non-league win over West Port (Ocala, FL). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
