Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA), 49-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Redwood upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Rangers host Monache (Porterville, CA) to play the Marauders in a bout on Friday, February 2. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 16-1. Monache won 55-35 in their recent league bout against El Diamante (Visalia, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Golden West Trailblazers (Visalia, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 2. Porterville will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record.
