With the victory, Goliad improves its record to 13-16 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Odem (Odem, TX) to play the Owls in a 3A Region IV District 29 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 2-30. Odem lost 49-21 in their recent league challenge against Mathis (Mathis, TX)
