With the win, Ascension Episcopal upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The travel to Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA) to play the Panthers in a 2A District 8 bout on Friday, February 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 10-10. Catholic - N.I. lost 58-23 in their recent league bout against West St. Mary (Baldwin, LA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles (Youngsville, LA) in a 2A District 8 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Loreauville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-18 season record.
