South Carolina High School Basketball - Fountain Inn winner over Belton-Honea Path

January 30, 2024: Fountain Inn, SC 29644

The Fountain Inn Fury (Fountain Inn, SC) basketball felled the visiting Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 58-47 in Tuesday's league test.

The Fury (16-6) will now prepare for their test against Palmetto (Williamston, SC). The Mustangs go into the AAA Region 2 test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, Palmetto was beaten by Wren (Piedmont, SC), 81-21, in a league test.

The Bears now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Southside for a AAA Region 2 test on Friday, February 2. Belton-Honea Path will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 26-22 league loss to Powdersville (Greenville, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 10-7.
