California High School Basketball - Bishop Amat trounces Serra

The Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 61-37 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lancers (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA). The Jesters go into the Camino Real test with a 12-10 record. In their last test, Saint Joseph walloped Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA), 37-31, in a league test.

The Cavaliers now own a 12-13 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Conaty-Loretto for a Camino Real test on Thursday, February 1. Serra will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 37-31 league loss to Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-18.
