Texas High School Basketball - Brady nips Llano

January 30, 2024: Llano, TX 78643

Brady Bulldogs (Brady, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Llano Yellowjackets (Llano, TX), 34-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Brady upgrades its record to 17-16 on the season. The Bulldogs host Blanco (Blanco, TX) to play the Panthers in a 3A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, February 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 15-16. Blanco won 44-34 in their recent league bout against Comfort (Comfort, TX)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Ingram Moore Warriors (Ingram, TX) in a 3A Region I District 5 bout, on Friday, February 2. Llano will attempt to upgrade on its 10-17 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 3-16 record after their 31-19 league win over Florence (Florence, TX).
