In Tuesday's league outing, the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) basketball squad edged the host Brooke Point Black Hawks (Stafford, VA), by a count of 39-36.
The Wildcats (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 1-16 record. In their last outing, Courtland was tipped by Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA), 53-20, in a league outing.
The Black Hawks now hold a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Colonial Forge for a Commonwealth outing on Friday, February 2. Brooke Point will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 59-42 league loss to Riverbend (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-14.
