Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) and the host Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR), saw North Valley's basketball squad hold off Brookings-Harbor by a tally of 29-24.

With the victory, North Valley improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to St. Mary's Academy (Portland, OR) to play the Blues in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Blues come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. St. Mary's Academy lost 56-23 in their recent league challenge against West Linn (West Linn, OR)

Next up, the Bruins play the Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) in a 3A Far West challenge, on Friday, February 2. Brookings-Harbor will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record.
