The Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Burnsville Blaze (Burnsville, MN), 87-54 in Tuesday's league test.

The Irish (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Wildcats go into the AAAA Section 3 test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Eagan was trounced by Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN), 68-43, in a non-league test.

The Blaze now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Apple Valley for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. Burnsville will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 83-28 non-league loss to Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-13.
