With the win, Calhoun Falls Charter upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Blue Flashes travel to McCormick (McCormick, SC) to play the Chiefs in a A Region 2 bout on Thursday, February 1. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 6-6. McCormick won 59-28 in their recent league bout against Whitmire (Whitmire, SC)

Next up, the Hornets play the Whitmire Wolverines (Whitmire, SC) in a A Region 2 bout, on Friday, February 2. Dixie will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 36-22 league loss to Ware Shoals (Ware Shoals, SC).
