MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their basketball team run past the visiting Canby Lancers (Canby, MN), 63-45 in a league game.

In their next game, the Wolverines face the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints (Kerkhoven, MN) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 2. MACCRAY will attempt to move on its 15-6 season record. The Fighting Saints enter the game with a 15-5 record after their 68-47 non-league win over Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN).

With the defeat, Canby moves to 7-11 on the year. The Lancers host Renville County West (Renville, MN) to face the Jaguars in a A Section 3 game on Friday, February 2. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 2-15. Renville County West lost 39-37 in their recent league game against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN)
