With the victory, Sonoraville improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA) to confront the Bruins in a AAAA Region 7 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Northwest Whitfield lost 69-43 in their recent league challenge against Heritage (Ringgold, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Cedartown will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 33-17 league win over Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA).
