Jessieville Lions (Jessieville, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Centerpoint Knights (Amity, AR), 55-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Jessieville upgrades its record to 22-2 on the season. The Lions host Harmony Grove (Benton, AR) to clash with the Cardinals in a 3A Region 7 bout on Friday, February 2. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Harmony Grove won 63-46 in their recent league bout against Bismarck (Bismarck, AR)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR) in a 3A Region 7 bout, on Friday, February 2. Centerpoint will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record. The Curley Wolves go into the bout with a 4-12 record after their 50-48 league loss to Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR).
