Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA) and the visiting Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA), saw Lanier County's basketball squad knock off Charlton County by a count of 52-39.

With the victory, Lanier County upgrades its record to 9-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Turner County (Ashburn, GA) to play the Titans in a A D2 Region 2 challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 11-10.

Next up, the Indians play the Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA) in a A D2 Region 2 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Charlton County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 47-44 non-league win over Coffee (Douglas, GA).
