The Northview Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Christian Eagles to 37 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Forest Hills Northern for a Ottawa-Kent - Bronze contest on Friday, February 2. Northview will battle a Huskies team coming off a 45-33 league win over Byron Center (Byron Center, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 10-4.
The Eagles (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Greenville (Greenville, MI). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Greenville triumphed over Ionia (Ionia, MI), 48-38, in a non-league contest.
