Lawrence Tigers (Lawrence, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), 37-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lawrence upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hartford (Hartford, MI) to play the Indians in a Southwest 10 bout on Friday, February 2. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 5-5.

Next up, the Colts play the Bloomingdale Cardinals (Bloomingdale, MI) in a Southwest 10 bout, on Friday, February 2. Comstock will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 41-30 league win over Centreville (Centreville, MI).
