With the victory, Madisonville-North Hopkins upgrades its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Maroons host Henderson County (Henderson, KY) to play the Colonels in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Colonels come into the bout with a record of 14-6. Henderson County won 68-35 in their recent non-league bout against Hopkinsville (Hopkinsville, KY)

Next up, the Panthers play the Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Dawson Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 54-10 league loss to Hopkinsville (Hopkinsville, KY).
