The Mansfield Legacy Broncos basketball team (Mansfield, TX), was overwhelmed 71-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the host DeSoto Eagles (DeSoto, TX)
The Eagles now possess a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Ridge for a 6A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, February 2. DeSoto will confront a Eagles team coming off a 50-49 league loss to Skyline (Dallas, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 17-14.
The Broncos (12-20) will now prepare for their battle against Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Indians come into the 6A Region II District 11 battle with a 17-15 record. In their last battle, Waxahachie was overwhelmed by Duncanville (Duncanville, TX), 78-40, in a league battle.
