The Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Divine Child Falcons (Dearborn, MI), 43-16 in Tuesday's league test.
The Fighting Irish (14-0) will now prepare for their test against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Marlins go into the Catholic Central test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Mercy walloped Regina (Warren, MI), 51-44, in a league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Marian for a Catholic Central test on Friday, February 2. Divine Child will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 36-33 league win over St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-7.
