Gladstone Gladiators (Gladstone, OR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Estacada Rangers (Estacada, OR), 59-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Gladstone upgrades its record to 2-10 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Molalla (Molalla, OR) to play the Indians in a 4A Tri-Valley bout on Friday, February 2. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 3-9. Molalla lost 57-16 in their recent league bout against The Dalles (The Dalles, OR)

Next up, the Rangers play the Madras White Buffaloes (Madras, OR) in a 4A Tri-Valley bout, on Thursday, February 1. Estacada will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The White Buffaloes come into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 55-50 league loss to Crook County (Prineville, OR).
