The Weeping Water Indians basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Falls City Tigers to 38 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freeman for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Weeping Water will battle a Falcons team coming off a 38-28 non-league win over Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE). The Falcons record now stands at 14-3.

The Tigers (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Johnson County Central was nudged by Freeman (Adams, NE), 38-28, in a non-league contest.
