In Tuesday's league outing, the Martins Mill Mustangs (Ben Wheeler, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Frankston Indians (Frankston, TX), by a margin of 73-29.

The Mustangs (27-4) will now prepare for their outing against Cayuga (Cayuga, TX). The Wildcats go into the 2A Region III District 19 outing with a 14-14 record. In their last outing, Cayuga was trounced by LaPoynor (LaRue, TX), 72-32, in a league outing.

The Indians now own a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Kerens for a 2A Region III District 19 outing on Friday, February 2. Frankston will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 55-19 league loss to Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-20.
