In Tuesday's league outing, the Gilbert Yellowjackets (Winsted, CT) basketball squad nipped the visiting Litchfield Cowboys (Litchfield, CT), by a margin of 49-42.
The Yellowjackets (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT). The Highlanders go into the Berkshire outing with a 11-4 record. In their last outing, Northwestern Regional got by Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT), 58-53, in a league outing.
