New Jersey High School Basketball - Hillside knocked off by Governor Livingston

The Governor Livingston Highlanders basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Hillside Comets to 29 in the Highlanders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Highlanders now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summit for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Governor Livingston will battle a Hilltoppers team coming off a 32-23 non-league win over Dayton (Springfield, NJ). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 13-6.
The Comets (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Plainfield (Plainfield, NJ). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Plainfield ran past Johnson (Clark, NJ), 60-48, in a non-league contest.
