Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Keene Chargers (Keene, TX), 55-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Grandview upgrades its record to 25-6 on the season. The Zebras host Maypearl (Maypearl, TX) to play the Panthers in a 3A Region III District 17 bout on Friday, February 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 19-14. Maypearl won 45-28 in their recent league bout against West (West, TX)

Next up, the Chargers play the Whitney Wildcats (Whitney, TX) in a 3A Region III District 17 bout, on Friday, February 2. Keene will attempt to upgrade on its 18-13 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 7-19 record after their 55-20 league loss to Clifton (Clifton, TX).
