The Johnson Crusaders basketball team (Clark, NJ), dropped 60-48 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ)
The Cardinals now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillside for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 1. Plainfield will battle a Comets team coming off a 37-29 league loss to Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 4-12.
The Crusaders (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Vikings come into the Union County - Watchung battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Union Catholic beat Union (Union, NJ), 37-9, in a non-league battle.
