The Keystone Oaks Golden Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Seton LaSalle Rebels to 60 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avonworth for a WPIAL 3A 2 contest on Thursday, February 1. Keystone Oaks will meet a Antelopes team coming off a 49-30 league win over Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA). The Antelopes record now stands at 16-1.
The Rebels (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA). The Gladiators enter the WPIAL 3A 2 contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, South Allegheny nudged East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA), 48-33, in a league contest.
