Spectators at Tuesday's non-league test between the Larned Indians (Larned, KS) and the host Nickerson Panthers (Nickerson, KS), witnessed Larned's basketball squad beat Nickerson by a margin of 41-22.

The Indians (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Halstead (Halstead, KS). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Halstead thwarted Nickerson (Nickerson, KS), 72-37, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Halstead for a Central Kansas test on Thursday, February 1. Nickerson will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 55-45 non-league win over Pratt (Pratt, KS). The Dragons record now stands at 11-1.
