The New Haven Rockets basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Lincoln Abes to 9 in the Rockets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Rockets now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clintondale for a Macomb Area - Bronze contest on Wednesday, January 31. New Haven will battle a Dragons team coming off a 41-35 non-league win over Lincoln (Warren, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 4-8.
The Abes (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Hazel Park was routed by Eastpointe (Eastpointe, MI), 47-46, in a non-league contest.
